It's no secret that our school lunches fair quite poorly in comparison to those being served overseas. Just take a look at these photographs of School Lunches from Around the World. But what exactly are other schools doing differently?
Take Japan, for instance, where schools emphasize health and healthy cooking to many of their students. It makes sense, if you think about it, that cooking education not be reserved solely for students of culinary school, but taught to all students, at least at a beginner/intermediate levels.
